ONLINE: Intro to Botanical Illustration

Participants will learn how to draw observationally to create lively botanical illustrations in graphite pencil. Each class will include a brief lecture on historical references and basic botany, a step-by-step demonstration of several illustration techniques, ample time for drawing to learn direct observation skills, and instructor feedback on individual work.
